Register

 

A registration form has been created by our onsite logistics team, The Austral Group, which you will need to complete with your arrival and departure details. This form can be found here.

 

It’s important that you start completing this form as soon as possible; this will give the ground team more information to provide to the hotel to secure your rooms. We would like to you have completed registration by 31 January - this includes flight information. Other deadlines can be found below.

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please email your passport details to Mariana as soon as possible.

Please complete the registration form, including flight information, no later than 31 January 2016

Please purchase additional hotel services via the registration form no later than 1 March 2016

Please purchase the optional kayaking at Delta Tigre via the websites no later than 20 March 2016

Please remember to complete the risk assessment form

North American and Australian citizens, please pay your reciprocity fee prior to the trip
