Guillermo Marsicovetere

As COO Guillermo is responsible for supervising Globant's product delivery and lead Globant's growth strategy for existing customers. Guillermo started his career as a software engineer in the mid seventies, working for companies like Burroughs, Wang and Convergente Technologies, among others. Then he joined Sisteco, a Juncal Group company, where he developed his career in software, R&D management, sales, sales management, and operations management. In the mid eighties he became to Sisteco-Open Systems Managing Director.
In 1993 joined Sun Microsystems where he has covered several management positions including Latin America Partner and Sales Director, Southern Cone President and Managing Director, VP of United Kingdom & Ireland, second largest Sun Microsystems operation worldwide.
Back in Argentina, in 2007, he joined the board of Globant as Chief Business Officer to assist on leading the company's worldwide growth.
During his more than 30 years career has participated in several start-ups, has been board member of multiple organizations, active member of numerous business chambers and not-for-profit organizations, managed multi-billon dollar operations, and led organization in Argentina, US, UK, Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, and Colombia.

Mrs. Taveira is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and holds a MBA from London Business School (UK). Prior to joining IATA she worked for Repsol YPF as Negotiations and Contract Manager and E-Business Manager for Latin America. Mrs. Taveira was also the CFO of Argentina Oil & Gas Inc, a company listed in the Toronto Stock Exchange. Later, she joined IATA and since 2009 she is the Country Manager for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Mr. Pedro Arnt has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mercadolibre, Inc. since June 1, 2011 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Arnt has served in various capacities since joining MercadoLibre in December 1999. He initially led the Business Development and Marketing teams as a Vice President, and later launched and managed MercadoLibre's Customer Service operations. Since January 2007, he has held the position of Vice President Strategic Planning, Treasury & Investors Relations.

Mr. Luis Coelho is Director of Nieto Senetiner house in Buenos Aires and is the Head of Wine Education of the company. He is in charge as well of the Enology area at Molinos Rio de la Plata providing internal and external trainings.
As part time Professor he worked teaching Enology and Vitiviniculture at the prestigious Argentine School of Sommeliers and Mausi Sebess Institute of Gastronomy. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and graduated as well from the Argentina School of Sommeliers. Previous to joining Bodegas Nieto Senetiner, Mr. Coelho was Foreign Trade Manager and Operations Manager at Revlon Argentina.

Finally in 2010 he co-founded Salix Fruits, which has offices in the USA, Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Spain and South Africa.
