We have done our best to ensure your choices is accommodated. Please note that some organisations had restricted space and this limits the number of guests they can host. The organisation visits were allocated on a first come, first served basis. This was determined by the date and time your survey was submitted. The survey closed Monday 9 November at 09:00hrs GMT.
Those who did not submit any choices were assigned an organisation visit. Please note that your names and details have now been shared with our hosts and you will not be able to swap.
